Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not entertain Returns or Exchanges as we are a make-to-order brand. Each garment is hand made by our skilled karigar’s only after receiving an order.
RETURN POLICY
Damaged or Defective Goods
We closely inspect all our pieces before dispatching. But once you open the parcel and if you find any manufacturing default, we request you to drop us an email at info.ruhrindia.com with the following correct information: your order number, date of order , date of package received, a brief description of the faulty and an image of the garment.
This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the order.
WRONG ORDER
If you have received a different item from what you have ordered we request you to write us an email at info.ruhrindia.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the further process.
TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
For returns and exchange we request you to make a video while opening the parcel or take pictures. It will ease out the process for you.
Once we receive a request the pickup is scheduled. The garment should come with all labels intact and unworn.
Once the return parcel is received it will go for quality check process. Once approved by the team we will provide you with a credit note of the same purchase amount deducting the shipping cost.
The validity of the credit note will be for an YEAR. Please make sure the garments are unused and comes back with all labels attached.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping address
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
Size Change Issue
We request you to carefully go through the size chart before placing an order so that there are no faults. But incase you are not sure about the size or have query please do reach out to us at info.ruhrindia.com our customer support team will reach to you for the same.
If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to go through the following steps:
-Contact our Customer Care team to schedule a reverse pickup.
-Once the unused product is received at our end, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
– You can then use the credit note to place a new order with the alternate size.
Please note : Size exchanges are only applicable on Ready to wear products.
Alterations are possible in case of customised products (extra charges applicable)
The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please note all refunds will be made via credit note and with a validity of One Year!
Cancellation Policy
We do not entertain cancellation of order after 24 hours from receiving the order. However if the order is cancelled within 24 hours from the ordering, you will be refunded for the order placed.
